“We have had the absolute pleasure of building a custom home with Jason Rosen. It was not only a dream come true to see our vision come perfectly to life, but more importantly, it was a solid financial investment in seriously shaky real estate times.
We came to the Atlanta market in 2009, feeling seriously beat up from the real estate market in South Florida, where we had sold our newly built home at a significant loss. Needless to say, we were extremely thorough in researching both new construction and re-sales in the entire north Atlanta market prior to buying. We could not find anything close to the quality of construction, unique custom architecture, high-end finishes, and prices offered by Jason Rosen. After meeting with him several times and touring some of his builds in Buckhead, we decided to build our new home with him in the Crabapple Brook neighborhood of Milton, GA.
Not only did we get the home of our dreams, but it also turned out to be an extremely wise financial decision. We started construction in January 2010 and moved into our beautiful white farmhouse in July 2010, just as Jason promised. Not only did he execute our contract to the letter, but he also went far above and beyond to deliver a high-quality build on the budget we required.
In just a few months, we received a once-in-a-lifetime new business opportunity in San Diego, CA and decided to move! We reluctantly put our brand-new custom home on the market in the spring of 2011 with grave concern, as home prices had continued their severe decline through 2010 and 2011.
We SOLD our home in SEVEN months in a bear of a buyer’s market and did not lose a single dime in the process. Needless to say, if we had bought a re-sale or gone with a less skilled, less trustworthy builder, we would never have been able to walk away ‘whole’ like we did with Jason’s high-quality build.
Few people can say they enjoyed the building process so much that they would do it again on another project with the same builder if possible. If only he lived in Southern CA! We recommend his expertise to anyone interested in not only building their dream home with a highly experienced artisan, but also anyone looking for a solid investment in shaky times.”
